Project timelines, budgets, and scopes shown on the Site are examples and are not quotes, estimates, or offers. A binding engagement with Toronique requires a written and signed contract.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, renderings, logos, graphics, videos, and page layouts, is owned by Toronique or used under licence and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial use, requires prior written permission from Toronique.

The name "Toronique" and the Toronique logo are trademarks of Toronique. You may not use them without our written consent.

4. PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHY AND PORTFOLIO CONTENT

Photographs and project references displayed on the Site are published with the applicable property owner's consent or are otherwise displayed in compliance with applicable law. If you are a former client and wish to have a photograph or project reference removed, contact us at info@toronique.ca and we will respond promptly.

5. USER SUBMISSIONS

When you submit information through the Site's contact form or by email, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may retain your submission and respond to your inquiry as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toronique and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on toronique.ca. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
